For the security of your data

Our Commitments for the security of your data
The strong growth in digital activities in recent years has brought with it new threats of hacking and malicious leaks. Having worked in data processing for years, we are well aware of these risks, and we actively work to ensure the security of our customers' data.
Concretely, how is this commitment characterized?

Collection and transfer of data via our SFTP server.

We use an FTP server on a daily basis (File Transfer Program)secured by an SSH (Secure Shell) tunnel.
This allows us to quickly receive or deliver large volumes of data over a secure channel.

GDPR: How does Infoscribe respond?

• Appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPD),
• Privacy by design: taking into account the security of personal data from the design stage,
• Keeping a register of treatments,
• Data modification/deletion process,
• Auditability of the IS.

A fleet of offline computers, safe from attacks.

The majority of our annotations are carried out on workstations not connected to the internet.

Protected computers.

Our workstations that require internet have limited access and are equipped with the Winows Defender firewall, a firewall limiting our exposure.

The USB ports on our workstations are disabled.

To limit the risk of malicious or unintentional data leaks, we have disabled the USB ports on our computers. It is therefore impossible to copy data from our PCs to a USB key or an external hard drive.

In order to guarantee our customers our desire to secure their data, we are currently preparing for ISO 27001 certification and TISAX certification.

WITH THE ISO 27001 and TISAX CERTIFICATION APPROACH, Infoscribe IS AIMING FOR 360° SECURITY
